Use Illustrator Text in Photoshop
To copy the layers and text from an Illustrator file into Photoshop, choose File> Export in Illustrator and select Photoshop format. Be sure to enable Write Layers and Preserve Text Editability. Then, when you open the file in Photoshop, the text objects from Illustrator will appear as Type layers in Photoshop Can also copy and paste onto/ into new layer in Photoshop file
