keywords  important words that give the main idea---helps internet searching  
lan /  LAN  local area network  -
mail server  a computer dedicated to sending and receiving email  
podcast  digital media ( music or video) released episodically and downloaded through web syndication...not a simple download or streaming webcast  
privacy policy  describes how a company or group will treat personal information when you use their products/ services  
spam  sending particularly annoying email ; unwanted/ unrequested email  
wiki  website that allows easy creation and many authors WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get)
